Ba Ngoai's 70th Birthday!

This year is Ba Ngoai's 70th Birthday! 

That's one of the milestone birthdays, so we definitely had to celebrate!

Ba Ngoai's Birthday Card:

It was going to be a weekend full of surprises. Mommy and Daddy had already made plans to go to Las Vegas for Super Bowl XLVIII, so it was a wild and hectic few days. Here's how it played out.

01/31/14 - we told Ba, since we are going out of town, let's go to dinner to celebrate early!

we went to a new Taiwanese Shabu Shabu (hot pot) place. After dinner, we went back to Ba's house for the mini "cake" you picked out for her and to open her gift!

** Bac Viet, Thuy and Chi Madison & Anh Dylan surprised her 

by showing up and knocking at the door at 10pm!!

02/01/14 - Then on Saturday, Mommy Nana, Bac Hung and Anh Ian showed up! We went to a Tet party for lunch... while Daddy stayed home to cook his Bun Bo Hue for Ba's surprise dinner! Ong An, Ba Nguyet, Bac Tu, Bac Tuan, and Bac Na all came w/ their families to celebrate! Ba was very surprised!

So glad everybody was able to make it!
