Pooper Scooper

ooooooooooooh Logan! you have been having lots of poopy diapers since Sunday when we left California. Some are definitely diarrhea, and some have lots of mucus in it! Yesterday, your school called to tell me that Miss Mindy was concerned because there seemed to be some blood in ur last poopy diaper.

*sigh*

Mommy took you to see Nurse Michelle at Dr. Thai's office immediately. You tested negative for rectal step (yay!) so she suggested we do some stool sampling. She said there are a few possibilities that might be the cause of ur diarrhea 1) salmonila (not very likely) 2) milk protien allergy 3) maybe you got a bacterial infection from all the antibiotics you were taking from ur previous strep?

anyhow.................... so last night you decided to try and help mommy w/ the stool collecting.

with all the poopy diapers you have been having..... you (of course) got diaper rash again (boo!).  So last night while u were sleeping at around 11pm, i heard you poop. So i woke you up to change your diaper and wash your booty. Then i put you back to bed and went to collect the poop from diaper and clean up....

as i was coming back to bed.... i heard you kind of grunting/crying. I used my iphone as a flashlight to see what was up. WHAT WAS UP??? You had one hand in ur diaper (scratching ur rashy booty) and the other hand was up at ur head.... covered in POOP!!!!

You had poop on ur forehead, hair and near your eye! Mommy was so grossed out, concerned you would put ur hand in ur mouth * GAG*. Daddy had to get up and help me to get you washed up.

yuck yuck yuck!

Thank GOODNESS i had clipped your nails after bathtime! AND, i put you in footed zippered jammies after that!
