Start Estradiol/Estrace (CVS): 01/24/13
Start Lupron: 01/31/13 - 10 units AM, 10 units PM. Space doses 12 hrs apart
Start Menopur: 02/02/13 - (2) Menopur vials diluted w/ 1ML of dilutent - take w/ AM Lupron
Start Follistim: 02/02/13 - 300 iu's taken with PM Lupron
Trigger Shot Ovidrel: 02/12/13 @ 8:30 PM
Start Progesterone: 02/16/13 in PM btwn 6-8pm
PROGRESS: Not as many follicles as previous cycles. At first only 7 total, then 3 more popped up; but they were very small. For the frist time, cycle was not extended!!! Woo Hoo!
Of all days... Valentine's Day! You gave your teachers a cup/mug with a pair of Vday socks and some candy. For your classmates: skittles. Thursdays are your speech therapy days with Miss Brynn at ECS @ 9am! Mommy tried to get you into an earlier class so that Daddy could be with me most of the transfer. But didn't work out.... So this was the first transfer that Mommy was pretty much all by myself the entire time. You and Daddy dropped me off at the ARTs center at 7:30am. Daddy took you to McDonald's for breakfast. I didn't see Daddy again until after the retrieval and I was still very groggy and barely awake/aware. That is good stuff, I tell you! So, they got 7 eggs... Mommy was concerned, bc they usually get 8-10. we will see.
Of the 7 eggs they got, only 5 were mature; but 4 fertilized! which is great because my rates are usually only 50% which means I would have expected only 2-3 fertilizing. YAY! Positive thoughts!!!!
ACUPUNCTURE with Dr. Lin Zhou: 02/16/13 @ 9:15AM
TRANSFER: 02/17/13 @ 9:45 am (arrive @ 8:45 am to prep)
We dropped you off to play with Chace. Auntie Pam & Pooh baby sat. We transferred 3 embies: 1 excellent (9 cell / grade 1), 1 good (7/2), 1 fair (5/4), 4th one is still growing but very very poor quality, so not much hope for it.

02/26 & 02/27 - Mommy tested at home, and both were totally negative. =(
Not even an itty bitty barely see-able line for any possible hope. oh well....TEST Date: 02/28/13 - Linda just called... HCG = 6, just like last time! = biochemical "loss". I am to stop all meds. Called 2-3 days after my period starts for another blood test. Possibly panel blood test in 6wks? Ho Hum....... *sigh* we had SO MUCH hope for this cycle. =\ we're going to give it ONE MORE try Logan... but more and more it looks like you're going to be an only child. This makes me sad because I NEVER wanted you to be an only child. 1) i don't want you to be SPOILED (might be too late for that =P) 2) i don't want you to be lonely. There's just something about a sibling bond that is irreplaceable and 3) i don't want you to feel the solo burden of dealing/taking care of your elderly (and possibly senile by then) parents! But at least we can't say we didn't try!
